Participants will navigate through six stages of work including: Envision Success, Survey Basecamp, Map the Route, Establish a Trail Rhythm, Fuel the Climb, and Reset & Renew. Each stage focuses on different aspects of running and scaling a business, from developing a vision and mission to creating a supportive environment and assessing business performance. Along the way, you will be led through the program by Expert Trail Guides to gain new perspectives, implement, and solve any challenges you might be facing in real time. At the end of the program, you’ll have a complete roadmap with a step-by-step guide to achieve your long-term growth objectives.

Unlike other programs focused on individual skills or functional areas, the Business Scaling Method™ On-Demand emphasizes a systemic approach to integrating all the aspects of running and growing a business into a management operating system unique to your business.

Participants will work on real-time implementation of strategies with the support of experienced coaches and peers. The program leverages proven corporate tools to build a strategic plan combined with a comprehensive system to execute that plan, including daily, weekly, and monthly routines to activate your strategy.

The program is delivered through a combination of evergreen video content, workbook exercises, and activities. Participants also develop their own strategy-to-action playbook, as well as have the option to add on additional support with BSM-certified coaches.

While the program is self-paced, you will achieve the best results by following the success timeline provided in the “Getting Started’ area of your course portal upon enrollment. We recommend that you dedicate at least 3-4 hours aside each week during the program. Participants will have access to the program for 12 months. After this period, they will have the opportunity to extend their access to the content and coaches.

The program cost includes a welcome kit valued at $497 with the Business Scaling Method™ workbook, access to the online course materials, the 6 Strategy Activation Template Bundle valued at $597, and a signed copy of The Frontline CEO by Eric Strafel valued at $100. Payment options include a one-time payment or a payment plan.

Participants should expect to commit around 3-4 hours per week, which includes reading and watching course material, completing exercises and assignments, and engaging their teams where they’ll have a role in executing the plan. We see leaders find success in maintaining a consistent schedule each week by blocking time, often in 2-hour blocks, to work on activities.

Additionally, cohorts of 5 or more participants have opportunities to attend office hours, guest expert masterclasses, and networking events throughout the program. The program is designed to be flexible to accommodate various schedules.
